Importers and Distributors
For established companies controlling Brazilian import, wholesale distribution, dealer supply or regional resale.
Brazil Importer Sourcing Center
Build a controlled Brazil wholesale program across electric cooking, food preparation, cooling, rechargeable tools, non-electrical kitchen tools and bottled water pumps. Select the project type and exact route, define the state or sales region, approve the electrical or food-contact scope, release Portuguese OEM files and inspect the same revision before shipment. Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS.
Commercial Scope
For established companies controlling Brazilian import, wholesale distribution, dealer supply or regional resale.
For purchasing teams requiring controlled Portuguese files, barcodes, importer identity, cartons and repeat-order records.
For buyers able to approve one exact model, brand artwork, labels, manual, packing and market-responsibility file.
For importers combining approved categories while controlling MOQ, cartons, CBM, quantity and evidence by SKU.
Price is prepared after the model, quantity, electrical identity, OEM scope, inspection, port and trade term are fixed.
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Retail, one-piece orders and public consumer prices are not supported.
Fast Route Selector
Brazil projects do not share one universal evidence or quotation path. Select the group that matches the product construction, then open the exact product route. Each route shows the source-data boundary, unresolved decisions, buyer inputs, factory-side resources, OEM controls, inspection and replenishment method.
Start here when voltage, frequency, rated label, Brazilian plug and cord, electrical construction and product-specific conformity review are core decisions.
Air fryers / fans / rice cookers / ceramic hobs / frying pans / ovens
Start here when battery identity, charging input, connector, supplied cable or adaptor, transport evidence, service route and Portuguese charging instructions must stay tied to one finished version.
Food choppers / blender cups / egg beaters / milk frothers / wine openers / water pumps
Start here when the exact piece list, component materials, intended food and temperature conditions, supported claims, Portuguese care text and repeat-order identity are more important than electrical configuration.
Start here only after each product has its own approved sample, specification, MOQ, carton, artwork, evidence and inspection line. Mixed loading improves portfolio planning; it does not remove SKU-level control.
South America mixed-container planning / carton and CBM inputs
A useful factory quotation for Brazil must identify more than a product name and unit price. Start with the importing company, destination state or sales region, buyer channel, category, exact model, quantity by model, required electrical version, Brazilian plug direction, Portuguese OEM scope, destination port, trade term and inspection requirement. These inputs define the commercial version that can be sampled, documented, quoted and inspected.
Brazil is not one automatic electrical or market configuration. Do not approve a model because a similar appliance has already been sold somewhere in the country. The importer and qualified Brazilian parties should determine the applicable classification, conformity-assessment or authorization route, consumer information, customs treatment, tax, channel and local responsibility for the exact product. Yaoyuan Electric can coordinate available factory-side model, component, artwork, sample, packing, production, inspection and cargo-handoff information for a qualified order.

Compare water dispenser pump wholesale modelsCombine only approved SKUs. Keep a separate signed specification, quantity, MOQ, carton, CBM, weight, artwork, evidence and inspection line for every model.
Review carton inputsRecord where the buyer expects to sell and which company will import the goods. A national distributor, regional wholesaler, supermarket chain, appliance dealer and private-label program can require different range depth, artwork control, barcode handling, carton presentation, after-sales planning and document routing. The requirement file should identify the responsible importing entity and the intended channel without making unsupported claims about local demand, margins or sales speed.
Importing company / CNPJ or importer identity handled by the buyer / destination state or sales region / buyer channel / category / exact model or controlled product direction / quantity by model / required voltage and frequency / Brazilian plug / Portuguese artwork scope / destination port / trade term / inspection route / target receiving window.
The RFQ should state the destination electrical requirement rather than asking for a generic Brazil version. Voltage, frequency, plug, cord, rated label, internal electrical construction and carton marking should describe the same proposed order. If the public catalog currently shows only AC220-240V, that page is a reference route and not proof that a 127V production version is available. Any alternative version requires a current factory review, controlled sample and updated document check before quotation or market approval.
For a mains-powered appliance, the plug direction should be confirmed against Brazil requirements. Inmetro explains that appliances imported for sale in Brazil must use the Brazilian standardized plug direction. The importer should use qualified local parties to determine the exact application of ABNT NBR 14136 plug requirements for the proposed product. A travel adaptor, a catalog plug image or a statement that a product is for Brazil does not replace this decision.
Prepare the product label, rating information, color box, manual, barcode, buyer-supplied importer details, warnings, claims and master-carton mark as controlled files. Each file should identify the exact model and revision. The buyer should approve Portuguese text, local consumer information, importer details and claims before printing. The factory can apply approved content to the agreed format, but it should not invent legal statements, certification marks, performance claims or third-party company information.
Keep a release record with the filename, revision number, approval date and authorized approver. Inspect printed samples against that release before mass packing. A bilingual file or reused artwork from another market should not be accepted automatically. Electrical labels, manuals, cartons and the commercial invoice must not describe conflicting product versions.
Evidence should answer a specific buyer question and match the proposed construction. Start with model identity, component list and regulated product scope. Then map available reports, declarations, certificates, food-contact records, battery transport records, noise or energy information and factory documents to the same version. A file for another model, motor, heating system, battery, jar, basket, inner pot, plug or PCB is not automatic evidence for the order.
Inmetro provides official information for regulated products and conformity-assessment programs. Anvisa maintains the regulatory framework for materials, packaging, equipment and utensils that contact food. Siscomex Classif can be used by qualified parties to review NCM classification, tax and administrative treatment. These sources help the importer frame the right questions; they do not prove that every Yaoyuan catalog model is approved for Brazil.
Normalize the exact product version, individual packing, units per master carton, carton dimensions, gross and net weight, order quantity, inland handling, export basis, freight, destination charges, duties or taxes assessed by qualified parties, local transport, inspection, finance and after-sales reserve. Ask for current carton data for every selected SKU. An old quotation, catalog image or estimated container quantity is not a controlled loading plan.
For mixed-container sourcing, calculate cartons, units, CBM and weight by SKU before allocating container space. The final quantity remains subject to approved cartons, loading method, route and operational confirmation. Keep landed-cost assumptions separate from the factory quotation so the buyer can update freight, customs and local charges without changing the product specification.
A showroom sample demonstrates a product direction, but the order should reference a current approved sample or signed specification. Define operating checks, rated-label review, key dimensions, components, accessories, workmanship, packing, barcode, carton marks and agreed safety or performance checks before production is presented. Air fryers, blenders, fans, rice cookers and pumps require different functional checks; one generic checklist is not enough.
Record the sampling method, acceptance criteria, defect handling, reinspection responsibility and release authority. The inspector should verify the same model, electrical identity, artwork revision and carton file that appear in the purchase order. If an approved component or construction changes, review the effect on function, evidence, artwork and inspection before shipment release.
Use BRAZILAPPLIANCE1000 in your WhatsApp message or formal quotation request. It routes the inquiry to the Brazil multi-category sourcing process. Wholesale only. No public prices or retail orders.
Do not assume it can. State the destination state or sales region and required electrical identity. The exact version must be reviewed and approved for the proposed order.
No blanket claim is made. Evidence and regulatory scope must be checked for the exact model, construction, version and importer sourcing plan with qualified Brazilian parties.
Yes, for a qualified order after the buyer supplies or approves controlled Portuguese text, importer details, artwork, labels, barcode and claims.
Mixed-container planning is available after model MOQ, cartons, CBM, weight, quantities, evidence and inspection are reconciled by SKU.
A responsible B2B quotation depends on the exact model, quantity, electrical identity, OEM scope, packing, inspection, port and trade term. Public photo prices do not define that scope.
No. Yaoyuan coordinates factory-side information and production inputs. The buyer and qualified local parties own importer, regulatory, customs, tax, channel and final market decisions.
