South America Partner
Importer Market-Version Decision
Build a Controlled Small Appliance Partnership for South America, the USA or Europe
A strategic sourcing project starts with the buyer's local channel evidence and a factory-controlled product version. A shared appearance does not prove that electrical construction, labels, manuals, importer data, evidence or packing can move unchanged between destinations. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Wholesale only. No public prices.

Strategic Resource Exchange
The importer brings market access; the factory organizes the supply response.
This is not a promise that one product will sell everywhere. It is a working structure for combining information that neither party controls alone. The importer understands local buyers, competing offers, after-sales expectations, destination costs and channel timing. Yaoyuan Electric can organize available product directions, supplier and component questions, samples, OEM files, packing, production, inspection, mixed-container planning and replenishment preparation. Both sides should record assumptions and replace them with evidence before irreversible commitments.
United States Partner
Define the exact offer and responsibility route
State whether the product will enter retail, distribution, promotion, hospitality or online channels; identify the importer and brand owner; provide the intended claims, service and return route, target states, warehouse date and channel file requirements. The exact 120V/60Hz finished version and product-specific evidence questions must be frozen before release.Europe Partner
Name countries, operators and languages
Define the EU member states or UK route, importer and economic-operator roles, destination languages, sales channels, online-offer information, environmental responsibilities, service route and evidence expectations. A file prepared for one country or operator should not be treated as automatic permission for a different market.Yaoyuan Electric
Coordinate factory-side resources
We can review public catalog options, isolate unresolved specifications, contact relevant supply and production resources, prepare sample and OEM revision questions, map packing and inspection checkpoints, and organize private quotation inputs. We do not invent destination demand, legal conclusions, certification scope, retail prices, margins or delivery guarantees.Three Commercial Routes
Start with the destination, not a universal product file.
First Priority
South America
Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina and Ecuador require country-by-country confirmation of voltage, frequency, plug, language, importer documentation, channel packing and destination charges. Portuguese and Spanish artwork must remain separate controlled files.Second Priority
United States
A U.S. project usually begins with the buyer's required 120V/60Hz product identity, plug and cord, importer role, English files, channel requirements and product-specific federal or state evidence questions. The exact route must be decided for the finished version.Third Priority
Europe
EU and UK projects must not be merged into one undefined European file. Country, language, plug, economic operator, technical documentation, product traceability, environmental duties and online-offer information need a named responsibility route.Open Europe sourcingControl Europe market filesControlled SKU Identity
One base model can become several commercial versions.
The version file should identify the model code, rated input, frequency, plug, cord, heater or motor route, PCB, protection parts, battery or adaptor where used, food-contact parts, functions, accessories, label, manual, artwork, carton, evidence references and approved sample. Record differences instead of hiding them under one product name.
Electrical identity
Confirm rated voltage and frequency, plug, cord, fuse or grounding arrangement, power input, critical electrical parts and operating conditions for the destination. Do not infer a complete version from plug shape alone.
Commercial identity
Freeze the buyer SKU, market name, color, functions, accessories, barcode, case pack, carton marks and replacement-parts route. Similar appearances are not sufficient for repeat-order control.
Document identity
Match every report, declaration, drawing, label and manual to the exact product and revision. A document from a related model is only a reference until its scope and construction match are verified.
Approval identity
Connect the signed specification, approved sample, artwork revision, inspection checklist and release record. Later changes need a visible approval decision before production or shipment.
Buyer Comparison File
Compare the same fields before comparing suppliers.
| Decision field | South America | USA | Europe |
|---|---|---|---|
| Destination definition | Name the exact country, port and sales channel. | Name importer, states, channel and intended use. | Name EU member state or UK route, importer and sales countries. |
| Electrical file | Verify country voltage, frequency and plug without regional assumptions. | Develop the buyer-approved U.S. rated version and critical construction. | Separate country plug, cord and finished-product technical-file questions. |
| Language and artwork | Control Portuguese or destination Spanish, importer data and carton marks. | Control English label, manual, warnings, importer and channel fields. | Define destination languages, operator details, warnings and online-offer data. |
| Evidence route | Buyer and qualified local parties define destination requirements. | Importer and qualified parties classify product-specific federal, state and channel duties. | Economic operators and qualified parties map applicable EU or UK requirements. |
| Quotation basis | Exact SKU, packing, quantity, port, trade term and current destination inputs. | Exact 120V project identity, evidence boundary, packing and inspection. | Exact finished version, countries, operator route, languages and documentation scope. |
One Core Platform, Three Controlled Versions
Reuse verified engineering where possible, but never copy an unverified market file.
A base platform can create purchasing leverage only when shared and market-specific fields are visible. The project team should identify what remains common, what changes, who approves each change and which evidence must be reopened. This prevents a lower-cost substitution, translation update or packing adjustment from silently changing the product that was sampled and reviewed.
| Version layer | Potential shared core | Market-controlled fields | Release evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product construction | Housing platform, mechanical layout and selected assemblies where the exact specification permits. | Rated electrical version, plug, cord, PCB, heater or motor, protection parts, battery or adaptor and destination operating conditions. | Signed specification, approved component list, sample record and change decisions. |
| Buyer offer | Basic product function and approved accessory architecture. | Brand, model name, claims, functions, accessories, barcode, case pack, channel bundle and service parts. | Buyer SKU sheet, channel approval and final packed-sample record. |
| Printed files | Verified source drawings and controlled master content. | Language, warnings, rated data, importer or operator fields, traceability, manual, color box, carton marks and online information. | Revision-numbered artwork with named buyer and factory approvals. |
| Shipment release | Common inspection method where product and risk remain equivalent. | Destination documents, quantity, loading plan, trade term, receiving date and open-deviation authority. | Inspection result, deviation log, document set and shipment-release record. |

Follow the same catalog candidate through three separate release decisions.
Begin with a real product page, record its published and unresolved fields, and then open the destination-market control route. The source model is a comparison baseline only. A different rating, component, plug, language, operator field, claim, packing file or evidence scope creates a separate commercial version.

Choose the destination route before completing the formal RFQ
South America and Europe are not country fields. Select the commercial route below, then enter the exact importing country in the RFQ. The United States route carries the country directly. This keeps the electrical version, language, operator, packing and evidence discussion attached to a real destination.
OEM Release Control
Do not print regional artwork before the market file is approved.
Separate language masters
Keep Portuguese, Spanish, U.S. English, EU language sets and UK files under separate revision control. Each file should name its country or market scope. A translation should be reviewed in the final layout, because text length, symbols, warnings and legal fields can change the printed result.
Freeze responsible-party fields
The buyer should confirm brand owner, importer, economic operator, postal and electronic contact details, barcode ownership, model identity and traceability fields before artwork release. The factory can place approved data but should not invent the buyer's legal information.
Approve every packing level
Review product label, manual, inner packing, color box, master carton, shipping marks, accessory list and pallet or loading requirements. Record dimensions and weight from the approved packed version before using them for landed-cost or container planning.
Control later changes
A logo adjustment may be simple, while a change to warnings, rated data, importer identity, function claims, critical parts or packaging quantity can affect documents, inspection and shipment. Route each change to the responsible buyer and factory reviewers.
Evidence Before Shipment
Use factory proof to verify the order, not to replace product-specific review.
Factory Source
Review workshops and production flow
Use showroom, injection, assembly, PCB, warehouse, packing and loading evidence to understand the supply route. Confirm which facility, line and process apply to the selected order.Open factory evidenceSample
Record the approved reference
Photograph the model, rating label, plug, cord, functions, accessories and packing. List temporary or hand-built differences. The signed specification and sample should point to the same revision.Open sample approvalInspection
Check the production lot
Agree identity, workmanship, function, safety-related checks, accessories, artwork, carton, quantity and sampling before inspection. Record open deviations and shipment-release authority.Open inspection controlPilot-to-Reorder Scorecard
Use the first order to test the partnership, then allocate resources from recorded results.
The first wholesale order should have a commercial purpose beyond shipment completion. Before production, agree which assumptions the order will test: product fit, packing durability, receiving quality, service demand, channel response, stock movement and reorder timing. After arrival, the importer should return structured results instead of a simple "good" or "bad" message. Yaoyuan can then direct factory-side resources toward confirmed issues and the next approved version.
Receiving result
Record arrival date, cartons received, visible carton damage, quantity variance, label and accessory mismatch, functional sample result and any transit pattern. Separate logistics damage from product or packing causes before requesting corrective action.
Returns by reason
Classify returns or service cases by model, batch, symptom, customer use, part and evidence. Photos, videos, serial or batch references and retained units make investigation more useful than a total return percentage alone.
Stock and channel movement
Share opening stock, channel allocation, sell-through period, remaining stock, buyer objections and competing offer changes without presenting estimates as audited facts. These inputs help decide whether to repeat, modify or stop the SKU.
Next receiving window
Work backward from the next warehouse need, allowing time for feedback review, approved changes, artwork, materials, production, inspection, booking, transit and destination handling. A seasonal fan or promotional appliance order loses value when timing is treated as an afterthought.
Repeat-order decision: keep the version only when identity, receiving quality, service evidence, stock position and timing support it. Modify the version through written change control when the cause is understood. Stop allocation when the market assumption, compliance route, landed economics or service plan remains unresolved. Strategic cooperation means protecting both parties from repeating an unverified decision.
Stop Before Irreversible Cost
Pause the project when a required decision has no accountable owner.
No named destination or channel
A regional label such as "South America" or "Europe" is not enough to release a product. Stop until the country, importer role, channel, intended use and warehouse objective are named.
No exact product identity
Do not quote or sample from appearance alone. Stop until model, rated version, construction, functions, accessories, packing and unresolved catalog fields are recorded.
No evidence responsibility map
Do not claim approval from a logo, related-model report or supplier statement. Stop until the importer, factory and qualified destination parties agree who determines scope and who supplies each document.
No viable commercial route
Do not print packaging or reserve materials when carton data, destination-cost inputs, service route, receiving date or buyer approval remains too uncertain for a responsible decision.
Private Commercial Comparison
Compare landed-cost inputs only after the market versions match.
A factory price cannot be compared fairly when one quotation includes a different voltage, motor, heater, PCB, plug, cord, accessory set, color box, case pack, evidence scope or inspection basis. Ask every supplier to quote the same controlled SKU, quantity, packing, trade term and shipment assumptions. Keep public retail prices outside the factory RFQ.
For destination planning, combine the approved packed unit with carton dimensions, weight, shipment mode, origin charges, freight, insurance where used, broker input, classification, duty, tax, destination charges, inland delivery and local operating costs. Current customs, tax and logistics figures should come from the buyer's broker, forwarder and qualified destination advisers. Yaoyuan Electric does not promise a universal landed cost, market demand, retail price, margin or profit.
When the buyer can contribute verified channel evidence, launch timing, destination requirements and repeat-order planning, the project can move beyond a single quotation into a controlled joint business plan. Factory resources are allocated against an agreed product-version file, approval responsibilities and review schedule; no market acceptance, exclusivity, margin or profit is guaranteed.
