Blender Factory Guide

How to Choose a China Blender Factory for Wholesale Orders

Choose a blender supplier by how clearly its evidence identifies the product you would actually buy. A model name, power range and factory photograph are a starting point, not a confirmed electrical version, supplied set or sample result.

1. Verify the supplier and the scope of its evidence

Begin with the company identity and official contact, then ask which facility and production steps apply to the shortlisted blender. An assembly or packing video can show the process visible in that recording; it does not establish that the same company makes every motor, blade or jar, or that your model was included. Ask what is performed in-house, what is sourced and who will control the final order specification.

For Yaoyuan, use the company fact sheet and the blender model catalog as the starting references. Factory direct supply, wholesale only and MOQ starts from 1000 PCS are the commercial starting rules. They do not by themselves confirm a particular model, customization, certificate, production schedule or delivery date.

2. Use an exact model example to test quotation clarity

Two catalog records show why a broad description such as “250–500 W multifunction blender” is not enough to compare offers. These are published configuration references, not two confirmed quotations or tested samples.

LH-505 / P449

The catalog lists 250–500 W power options, 7020 / 7025 motor options, a 1500 mL mixing jar, a 450 mL chopping cup and a 250 mL grinding cup. Controls are listed as Pulse / Off / 1 / 2.

LH-551J / P456

The catalog also lists 250–500 W power options, but with 4525 / 4530 motor options, a 600 mL mixing jar, a 600 mL travel cup and a grinding cup listed at 100 g. It specifies a SUS304 grinding cup and push-button controls.

The shared power range does not identify the same motor or supplied set, and it is not evidence of adjustable operating power. Ask the supplier to identify the selected motor, rated power, electrical version, controls and included parts in one written configuration. Do not assume every combination of listed options is available.

The 100 g entry is a mass reference, while 250 mL is a volume reference. Do not convert between them without identifying the substance and the basis on which each capacity was stated. Likewise, a listed jar capacity is not a tested usable recipe limit. The decision here is whether the supplier can resolve the quotation scope, not which model is more powerful or performs better.

3. Keep the claim, matching evidence and open question together

Create one short evidence record per supplier and exact proposed configuration. Keep catalog-listed, supplier-confirmed and independently observed information separate. A blank field means unresolved, not a pass, a failure or zero.

Configuration

Record: Record model and catalog reference, selected motor/power, plug and voltage/frequency, jar and lid, blade assembly, supplied attachments and parts list revision.

Decision: If a supplier changes a component or sends a different sample version, flag the affected claims for review before treating the offers as equivalent.

Sample result

Record: Identify the sample, instruction revision, intended ingredient and preparation, amount, starting temperature, attachment, control setting, run/rest sequence and observed outcome.

Decision: Agree criteria before evaluation. Compare only records with aligned conditions; differences or missing information require a clarified or repeated check.

Market documents

Record: Ask for the document identifier, issuer, date and exact model/version coverage relevant to the destination and intended claims.

Decision: A logo, a report for a different model or a general company certificate does not close a model-specific evidence gap. Send uncertain coverage for qualified review.

Packing and repeat order

Record: Match the supplied set to the packing list, manual/artwork revision, carton dimensions and units per carton; identify service parts and how substitutions will be communicated.

Decision: Confirm the current packed order and the approved revision before freight comparison or repeat purchase. A prior sample does not approve an undocumented replacement.

This is a proposed buyer record, not an inspection report or a claim that these Yaoyuan configurations have passed a test. Do not run hot-liquid, ice, dry-grinding or endurance trials outside the applicable instructions; agree any specialist testing with an appropriately equipped provider.

4. Make a scoped decision instead of a general trust score

Use a shortlist decision for a supplier whose company identity and relevant product scope can be checked. Keep unresolved configuration or document questions visible in the initial RFQ; you do not need a completed test program just to start the conversation.

Use a conditional sample decision when the supplied version and evaluation conditions are identified but specific issues remain open. Name the issue, responsible contact and evidence needed to close it. An attractive finish or one successful demonstration should not silently approve all ingredients, duty cycles or safety claims.

Use an order-specification decision only for the scope supported by the agreed evidence. Record the approved version and remaining conditions in writing. If an important mismatch remains—such as a different jar, motor, plug, manual or document model—hold that affected approval and request clarification rather than treating the whole supplier as automatically qualified or disqualified.

5. Go deeper where the buying decision needs it

Keep this page focused on supplier selection. Use the specialist guides to resolve the detailed product or document question instead of repeating the same general checklist in every inquiry.

6. Send a comparable private RFQ

State the model and catalog reference, proposed quantity, destination country, plug type, voltage/frequency, packing request, OEM request and destination port. Identify any mandatory accessory, operating requirement or unanswered evidence question. If you have not selected an option, mark it open rather than copying the most attractive number from the catalog.

Ask each supplier to distinguish the configuration it can confirm, the alternatives requiring a separate quotation and the evidence still to be provided. Public prices are not displayed. Retail and one-piece orders are not accepted; MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Final configuration, commercial terms and project timing require private written confirmation.
