Choose the food-chopper bowl and housing as separate fields
A stainless-steel housing does not make the bowl stainless steel. Likewise, a glass-bowl option does not define the housing, the supplied blade or the usable ingredient load. Use the exact reference below to separate these choices before comparing quotations.
LH-103A and LH-103B list a 1.8 L plastic bowl. The grouped LH-104A / LH-104B and LH-101A / LH-101B records instead list several bowl capacities and stainless-steel or glass options. Their control and housing descriptions also differ; a similar photograph or an A/B suffix is not a complete order specification.
Four catalog references: bowl, housing and controls are separate configuration fields| Exact model / catalog reference | Housing | Bowl capacity and material | Controls |
|---|
| LH-103B / P364 | ABS or stainless steel options | 1.8 L; plastic | 2 speeds |
|---|
| LH-103A / P368 | ABS or stainless steel options | 1.8 L; plastic | 1 speed |
|---|
| LH-104A / LH-104B · P365 | Stainless steel | 1.2 L / 2 L / 3 L options; stainless steel or glass options | 2 speeds |
|---|
| LH-101A / LH-101B · P366 | ABS | 1.2 L / 2 L / 3 L options; stainless steel or glass options | 1 speed |
|---|
These are product-catalog descriptions on physical PDF pages 8 and 9 (printed pages 12–15), not verified current-sample or material-test results. For the grouped records, the catalog does not assign each bowl capacity or material to an individual A/B code. An options list also does not confirm that every combination can be supplied.
Start with the bowl your product brief actually needs
If your brief calls for a 1.8 L plastic bowl, LH-103A / P368 and LH-103B / P364 provide two exact references to review. Both list ABS or stainless-steel housing options, but their published controls are one speed and two speeds respectively. Keep the selected housing option and control reference in the same quotation; do not infer a stainless-steel bowl from the housing choice.
If your brief instead calls for glass or stainless steel, review the grouped P365 and P366 bowl options. P365 lists stainless-steel housing and two speeds; P366 lists ABS housing and one speed. Confirm the proposed bowl capacity, material and individual model code together. Do not assign glass to A or stainless steel to B from their pictures or suffixes.
Turn the options into one comparable quotation
Keep the original grouped model label and catalog reference when starting the model RFQ. Write the requested individual code, housing, bowl capacity and bowl material, and ask which complete combination is confirmed for the current sample. Mark an unresolved choice as unconfirmed rather than silently selecting the largest bowl or treating all alternatives as included.
For that confirmed configuration, record the matching bowl, lid, blade assembly and any requested optional attachments with their supplied quantities. A replacement bowl or blade needs its own compatibility confirmation for the selected motor head and version; these catalog records do not establish interchangeability across models.
Approve the working limit separately from the bowl label
The stated litres describe catalog bowl capacity, not a maximum meat weight, usable fill line or approved operating cycle. Before sample approval, ask for the selected version's fill limits, ingredient and operating instructions, and cleaning method. Keep any sample evaluation tied to the exact bowl-and-tool configuration rather than transferring a result from another option.
Neither the material descriptions nor the one- or two-speed labels establish a stainless grade, food-contact compliance, dishwasher suitability, chopping output or durability ranking. Use the linked model pages to continue to an exact-model RFQ; an initial inquiry can include bowl choices that still need confirmation.
