Featured reference: LH-306. Each model keeps its own published specifications and order checks.

Select the LH-366 control and attachment configuration

For the digital LH-366/P345 reference, start with the six-speed and reverse controls, #10 grinding tube and 7/5/3 mm discs. Its vegetable-cutting and tomato-sauce-processing attachments are explicitly optional. Use the exact-model checklist to separate the requested attachment set from the illustrative image.

Buying a meat grinder: read each material claim by component

A stainless-steel housing and a stainless-steel cross blade describe different parts. Neither description establishes the material of the grinding tube, tray, cutting discs or other components. A plated or brushed exterior also describes a surface treatment or finish, not necessarily the material underneath it.

Use LH-308 / P348 and LH-326 / P359 as two catalog examples when checking a quotation. Keep each material statement beside its named component; do not turn one stainless-steel part into an all-stainless machine or an unverified food-contact claim.

Two exact catalog references: housing, finish and grinding components are separate fields

Cross bladeStainless steel; grade not stated.Stainless steel; grade not stated.
Grinding tube#5 reference; tube material not stated.#12 aluminum grinding tube; grade not stated.

These descriptions come from the product catalog references on pages 5 and 7. They are not material certificates, current-sample verification or cleaning approvals. The catalog record does not identify every component material.

Choose the LH-308 tray option before comparing quotations

LH-308 / P348 lists aluminum or plastic tray options. A quotation that says only “LH-308” leaves that choice open. State the selected tray option, then ask for the exact material or grade and the current configuration record. Compare quotations using the same selected option, not an assumed standard tray.

The housing and blade descriptions do not resolve the tube material: this record gives a #5 tube reference without naming its material. Keep that field open until the current order specification identifies it.

Separate the LH-326 exterior finish from its working components

For LH-326 / P359, the catalog names an electroplated body with a brushed finish, a #12 aluminum grinding tube, an aluminum tray and a stainless-steel cross blade. It does not name the body's base material. Ask for the base material and the surface treatment as separate fields rather than translating “brushed finish” into “stainless-steel body.”

The stainless-steel blade does not change the stated aluminum tube and tray into stainless steel. Preserve those separate material lines when preparing English product descriptions or asking for a different configuration; a requested change is not an available option until confirmed.

Match cleaning and material evidence to the selected assembly

Before approving cleaning instructions or retail material claims, request a component list for the selected sample and identify which parts contact the food. Link any material identification, relevant food-contact documentation and cleaning instructions to that exact model, component and version. A generic document for a different part or model does not resolve the missing field.

These catalog descriptions alone do not establish a stainless grade, food-contact compliance, dishwasher suitability, corrosion resistance or a durability ranking. The #5 and #12 references do not establish throughput, accessory interchangeability or a better grinding result.

A practical material confirmation record for the RFQ

Exact order identity
Keep LH-308 / P348 or LH-326 / P359 with the linked model page. Identify the current sample or proposed version; do not merge the two records.
One line per component
Record housing base material and finish, cross blade, tube, tray, cutting discs and any other food-contact parts separately. For LH-308, write the selected aluminum or plastic tray option.
Document scope and unresolved fields
Ask for the material or grade, the matching identification or supporting document, and the applicable cleaning instruction. Mark a field unconfirmed if no model- and component-specific record is available; do not fill it from a photograph.
Quotation and label consistency
Confirm that the quotation, selected sample and intended English product description use the same component-level claims. Keep requested substitutions separate from the catalog reference until agreed.

A standalone grinder or a mixer bundle?

Choose the appliance you intend to quote, not just the presence of a grinding attachment. LH-366 (P345) is a meat-grinder reference. LH-210 / LH-210A (P376) is a planetary stand-mixer reference with grinding and blending attachments in its catalog standard configuration.

The LH-366 catalog lists a food pusher, kubbe attachment and sausage-stuffing attachment. Vegetable-cutting and tomato-sauce-processing attachments are optional. For a grinder-based retail SKU, start with the LH-366 model page and itemize the required accessories in its quotation.

If mixing tools and a glass blender belong in the same appliance brief, review the LH-210 / LH-210A configuration instead. Use that model page to prepare the mixer inquiry, select the individual model suffix and resolve the required attachment set. Confirm the current supplied set for the chosen version before order approval.

Catalog basis: physical page 4 (printed 04–05), LH-366 (P345); physical page 11, right-hand printed page 19, LH-210 / LH-210A (P376). These are catalog configurations, not confirmed current-order contents.

Keep the fixing and release version in the grinder brief

LH-318 / P353 lists button lock and release. LH-318G / P354 lists lock-nut fixing and release. If your brief specifically requires button locking and release, LH-318 is the documented starting point; LH-318G's record describes the different nut-based arrangement. Confirm the current mechanism on the selected sample before approving either version.

Both records list #5 / #8 grinding-tube options and aluminum or plastic tray options. Those shared choices do not establish a common mounting interface or interchangeable assemblies. Keep the exact model, selected tube and tray, and fixing/release description together rather than treating the LH-318 model stem as one complete assembly specification.

In the model inquiry, state which fixing/release form is required and request photographs of the supplied assembly with its matching installation and removal instructions. Keep any cross-model compatibility request open until the specific versions are confirmed. These catalog descriptions do not rank assembly speed, locking strength, safety or durability.

Before sample approval

Confirm the meat grinders order specification

Choose the grinding assembly and required attachments before comparing published power options. A catalog wattage range is not a tested output rate or a duty-cycle guarantee.

01

Configuration

Confirm plate sizes, blade and feed-tray materials, food-contact documents and cleaning instructions for the selected sample.

02

Included parts and version

List the sausage, kibbe or other attachments actually required; a combination photograph does not establish the supplied set.

03

Order approval

Specify input voltage, frequency and plug, then agree a representative grinding test, operating limits and final packing.

Compare meat grinder output on the same basis

Catalog wattage and grinding-tube labels do not supply a measured output rate. Record the selected version, food preparation, disc and timed result before comparing samples.

Meat Grinder Wattage vs Throughput

Buyer questions

Meat Grinders sourcing questions

Does a higher catalog wattage mean higher grinding output?

Not by itself. Compare the agreed electrical version, grinder assembly, ingredients and test method. Confirm rated input and output expectations on the current sample; no throughput or continuous-duty claim is established here.

Are every pictured attachment and housing color included?

No. Use the exact model and catalog reference to confirm the supplied plates, attachments, housing finish and packaging in the quotation. Catalog illustrations can show optional configurations.
