Colombia Importers
Companies controlling the importing entity, destination region, customs route, inventory and local market responsibilities.
Colombia Fan Sell-Through & Receiving Plan
Start with the date usable stock must reach the buyer's warehouse, then select an assortment that can be assembled, received, serviced and reordered under one controlled Colombia specification.
Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Public prices are not displayed.

Direct Buyer Answer
Start from the date usable stock must reach the buyer's warehouse, then work backward through sample approval, electrical identity, Spanish artwork, production, inspection, shipping, customs and receiving. The brief should also fix model mix, size, motor direction, blade and guard, controls, voltage, frequency, plug, carton contents and service parts. Yaoyuan can coordinate confirmed factory-side stages and evidence, but does not guarantee an arrival date controlled by customs, carriers and local receiving. Wholesale only; MOQ starts from 1000 PCS, with private quotation and timing review after the dated decision file is supplied.
Buyer Qualification
Companies controlling the importing entity, destination region, customs route, inventory and local market responsibilities.
Buyers supplying appliance shops, regional wholesalers and dealers through a planned assortment and receiving schedule.
Purchasing teams requiring approved Spanish artwork, barcode, importer identity, rated-label control and repeat-order records.
Businesses ready to approve exact construction, electrical identity, Spanish files, packaging and inspection criteria.
Importers who work backward from a local selling window and warehouse-ready date rather than ordering after the window starts.
MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. Retail and one-piece orders are not supported. Exact model mix and OEM scope require confirmation.
A Colombia fan order should begin with a local stock requirement, not a generic production estimate. State the destination city or sales region, channel, intended selling window, warehouse-ready date and latest acceptable arrival. Then select the model route, quantity and assortment role that can pass sample approval, artwork release, production, inspection, shipping, customs and destination receiving within a dated control plan.
The commercial version must also identify size, motor direction, blade and guard, base or mounting set, oscillation and controls, voltage, frequency, plug and cord, rated label, Spanish retail information, carton contents and service parts. A 3-in-1 title does not define the packed components, and a published loading figure does not guarantee the final container quantity. Yaoyuan Electric can coordinate current product records, samples and factory evidence; qualified Colombian parties remain responsible for local classification, authorization, customs, tax and market-entry decisions.
Do not assume one universal Colombia hot season or one lead time for every region. The importer supplies the commercial calendar. Build backward from local receiving through destination handling, customs, carrier schedule, cargo handoff, loading, inspection, packing, production, printed-material release, import-review closure, sample approval and purchase-order release.
Assign an owner, evidence item and deadline to every gate. Keep visible contingency for artwork correction, sample retest, component approval, documentation questions, vessel changes and destination clearance. Use the fan import timing guide, warehouse-ready planning route and reorder cutoff guide. This is a planning baseline, not an arrival guarantee.
Sales region / channel / selling window / warehouse-ready date / latest acceptable arrival / destination port / approval owners / artwork release / sample approval / inspection gate / production and carrier assumptions.
Give every route a job: entry 18-inch model, core standing fan, flexible 3-in-1 direction, solar option or deliberate step-up line. Record the channel, target receiving quantity, shelf or warehouse role and service implication. A controlled range reduces visual duplication and concentrates Spanish artwork, component approval, spare parts and inventory on versions the buyer can support.
Use the fan model selection route, first-order SKU mix guide, product selection matrix and retail assortment guide. Buyer market observations guide allocation; they do not prove popularity, profit or automatic suitability.
The five routes below support product discovery while exposing different assembly, electrical and packing questions. They are not current quotations, Colombia approvals, performance promises or final packing sheets. Confirm the current sample, signed component list, destination version and carton before purchase release. Where no public model code exists, retain the catalog-page identity instead of inventing one.
Candidate for a controlled 18-inch assortment job. Its record lists model 18BR, AC220-240V, Plastic PP, two units per carton and a 2600-unit 40HQ reference. Add current power, destination mains identity, assembly bill and carton revision before allocation.
Candidate when three configurations serve a defined channel need. The page lists AC220-240V and Plastic PP 18-inch but no public model code. Name each configuration, base or mounting set, fastener and packed component before sample approval.
Candidate for a second 18-inch architecture comparison. Its catalog references include AC220-240V and Plastic PP, without a public model code. Keep the P56 identity until controls, assembly bill, rated version and protection pack are current.
Candidate for a flexible assortment role only after carton and configuration review. Published fields include AC220-240V, plastic construction, two units per carton and a 2600-unit 40HQ reference; the actual sale kit remains a current confirmation item.
Candidate for a separately controlled solar route. Its page lists 220V, 50-60Hz, 30W, two units per carton, 4.4kg net, 5.2kg gross and a 640 x 190 x 610mm carton, with 925 and 1850 as published 20HQ and 40HQ references.
Use the wider catalog to discover other assembly routes, then move only candidates with a clear assortment job, complete component list and current carton basis into the dated order map.
The destination team needs an assembly bill it can reconcile at receiving. Identify motor reference and construction direction, blade diameter and material, blade count, front and rear guard, shaft and fixing method, oscillation mechanism, tilt adjustment, height or mounting system, base or stand, speed steps, controls, wiring, cord, plug, rated label, fasteners, tools if supplied and every accessory. Convert any 3-in-1 title into a written configuration and carton-content list.
Inspect fit and clearances on the approved sample. Record any proposed motor, blade, guard, switch, capacitor, wiring, plug or material substitution before approval. Use the motor and component control guide, guard, blade and stability route, functional inspection guide and component change process.
Confirm the required voltage, frequency, plug, cord and rated label for the exact destination and model before sample approval. The published AC220-240V or 220V lines are discovery records and do not establish the final Colombia version. A requested electrical change must be reviewed against the motor, controls, cable, plug, rating and current product construction instead of being edited only in artwork.
Keep the sample, nameplate, plug, cord, Spanish manual, available test evidence and production record under the same electrical identity. For solar or rechargeable directions, separately record charging input, cable or adaptor, battery manufacturer and model, capacity reference, installation status, solar panel or charging components and available transport documents. The route name alone does not prove that any of those parts are included. Use the fan electrical configuration guide and supplier evidence pack.
Use the exact fan type, intended use, construction, electrical or charging system, materials and supplied components to support a proposed tariff classification. Colombia's DIAN tariff consultation lets importers and advisers review nomenclature and measures by subheading or product text. Record the proposed classification, responsible adviser, open assumptions and required documents in the buyer file.
Colombia's VUCE import module processes import registrations and licenses where goods are subject to prior requirements, permits or authorizations. That does not mean every fan follows the same route. The importer and qualified Colombian parties should confirm whether the exact mains, solar or rechargeable model needs a registration, license, conformity route or another approval before purchase-order release.
Do not apply one generic technical rule to all fans or all charging accessories. Review the current scope for the exact appliance and components. Yaoyuan Electric can coordinate model, component, sample, label, packing and factory-side production records; local classification and approval decisions remain with the importer and qualified Colombian parties. Start with the official DIAN tariff consultation, official VUCE import services and current Ministry technical-regulation information.
Spanish OEM artwork must be released with the physical assembly plan. Product logo, control labels, model reference, rated label, warnings, assembly instructions, manual, barcode, importer or distributor identity, box and master-carton marks should describe the same components the destination team will unpack. The buyer provides accurate destination text and approves translation, importer information and claims. The factory should not invent legal wording, certification marks, efficiency data or performance statements.
Build an artwork register showing file, model, electrical version, import-review source, dieline, revision, date and approver. Compare the printed proof against the approved product and carton contents. Use the OEM Electric Fan Manufacturer Program, fan OEM packing guide, artwork approval workflow and OEM program route before mass printing.
Compare the exact model together with units per carton, master-carton dimensions, net and gross weight, internal protection, assembly steps at destination, labeling work, inspection, inland handling, freight basis, destination charges, duties and taxes assessed by qualified parties, local delivery, finance and service reserve. A lower machine price can be offset by excessive cube, transit damage, missing hardware, slow assembly or late warehouse arrival.
The 18BR, P61 and P66 pages publish loading references, but these are not guaranteed shipment quantities. Recalculate with current carton data, order mix and loading plan. For P66, the published carton is 640 x 190 x 610mm with two units per carton, but all current fields still require purchase-order confirmation. Use the fan loading guide, carton and CBM route, transit-damage control and fan landed-cost guide.
The sample file should show two states: the packed unit as shipped and the correctly assembled unit ready for use. Identify model or catalog route, revision, motor and relevant components, blade, guard, oscillation, stand or base, controls, fasteners, electrical or charging identity, plug, cord, color, logo, Spanish instructions and packing. For solar or rechargeable routes, include every supplied battery, cable, adaptor or panel in the signed component list.
A practical inspection can cover identity, assembly, appearance, guard fixing, blade clearance, fasteners, stability, height or tilt adjustment, oscillation, speed steps, controls, cord and plug, charging operation where applicable, labels, observed noise and vibration, agreed operating cycles, accessories, Spanish manual, barcode, box and carton. The test method, sampling basis and acceptance criteria should be written for the exact order.
Use the fan sample approval guide, pre-shipment sampling route, batch traceability guide and shipment release control. Connect inspection and loading evidence through the real fan shipment page, fan proof hub and container loading route.
Discuss model-specific parts only where compatibility and local service responsibility are clear. Possible items may include blade, guard, switch, knob, fastener, oscillation-related part, cord or plug, but the actual list must match the approved revision. Record part identity, compatible model, quantity, packing and replacement responsibility. Unidentified parts do not create an after-sales system.
At destination, reconcile container number, seal, cartons, units and visible condition before distribution. Use the arrival receiving guide, fan spare-parts route and repeat-order review. Before reordering, compare current product, components, electrical or charging identity, artwork, packing, inspection and receiving records with the previous approved order.
Public prices are not displayed because the warehouse-ready date, model construction, mains or charging identity, Spanish assembly pack, carton plan, inspection, destination and trade term change the quotation basis. A dated brief lets the sales team expose unresolved gates before a commercial scope is prepared.
Use COLOMBIAFAN1000 in your WhatsApp message. Wholesale only. MOQ starts from 1000 PCS. No public prices, retail orders or one-piece orders.
That is not assumed. Qualified Colombian parties review each model's actual construction, power or charging system, components and intended use.
At the sample gate, after voltage, frequency, plug, cord, rated label and any charging components are tied to a specific SKU.
It must match the actual blade, guard, base or stand, fasteners, controls, electrical identity, accessories and carton contents received by the buyer.
No. Recalculate from the current carton, units per carton, final model mix and agreed loading method before freight booking.
A dated order map with owners, approval gates and visible contingency. Production, carrier, customs and destination events still require current confirmation.
It is built from the selected assembly route, quantity, mains or charging identity, Spanish pack, timing, inspection, destination and trade term.
Wholesale Only
Fan wholesale programs begin from 1000 PCS, with SKU allocation and OEM feasibility reviewed against the order calendar.
Send the sales region, local stock date, latest acceptable arrival and destination port before the timeline is assessed.
Assembly bill, mains or charging version, Spanish instructions, carton and inspection must match what the warehouse receives.
Pricing begins after the dated route, quantity, packed assembly, inspection basis, port and requested trade term are coherent.
Long-Term Market Development
Use this route when your team can share channel evidence, target landed-cost logic, inventory and service constraints, and a repeat-order plan. Yaoyuan can coordinate the selected electric fan version, OEM files, supplier resources, inspection and replenishment decisions. Demand, exclusivity, delivery, sales volume and margin are not promised before both parties review the evidence and responsibilities.
